Arroyo de Arrayán Blanco is an organic white wine from the Méntrida D.O., made with a blend of Garnacha Blanca and Garnacha Gris from vineyards over 20 years old at Finca La Verdosa, planted on sandy soils at an altitude of 510 meters. After spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, the wine ages for eight months in 300-liter French oak barrels. On the nose, it offers aromas of pear, white peach, and flowers, with a mineral touch. On the palate, it is creamy and elegant, with balanced acidity.
