Scritch Bourgogne Aligoté is a white wine crafted by Cyprien Arlaud using the Aligoté grape variety, mainly from plots in the Côte de Nuits region of Burgundy, France.
Produced from organically grown vines around 45 years old, this Aligoté offers a delicate and precise interpretation of one of Burgundy’s most traditional grapes. Hand-harvested to preserve freshness, the grapes are gently whole-cluster pressed to highlight their vibrant character. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks is followed by ageing on the lees, with malolactic fermentation adding body while maintaining tension. Gravity racking and unfined bottling, timed with the lunar cycle, complete a respectful, artisanal approach.
