Scritch Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023

Scritch Bourgogne Blanc is a white wine crafted by Cyprien Arlaud using the Chardonnay variety from various plots spread across the Burgundy region of France.

This wine reflects a sensitive and precise vision of the most authentic Burgundy, born from organically farmed vineyards harvested by hand. Whole-cluster pressing prolongs skin contact to intensify the varietal expression. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing on the lees, which adds texture and depth. Malolactic fermentation brings a layer of creaminess, while gravity racking and bottling without fining — in accordance with lunar cycles — speak of a respectful, artisanal philosophy.
