Arruxo is a wine from a single 0.3 hectare plot in the heart of
del Salnés, Barrantes. Planted about 30 years ago by the family, harvested by hand and made in an artisanal way, with 100% Spalillada grapes. Pressed and fermented with native yeasts, without temperature control. It was bottled without fining or filtering. It is a pure wine, an old-fashioned Albariño: saline, fresh and round. With the vintage very marked by a voluminous and long mouth.
