Pepe Mendoza Pureza is a dry white wine, the result of a careful selection of the best grapes from our own vineyards, 100% Moscatel de Alejandría. Organic cultivation on ferrous clay soils with calcareous stones. This wine dazzles with its balance and unique expression.
This winery is a Pepe Mendoza project seeking to advocate for sustainable production techniques and supporting local Levante properties. Thus, environmentally friendly techniques are followed, with vinification in 10,000kg tanks where the whole grain and stem are introduced, respecting the grape to the maximum. It is fermented with native yeasts and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
