Maison Chanzy Bourgogne Aligoté Les Fortunés is a white wine made with the Aligoté variety in the town of Bouzeron, in Burgundy. Les Fortunés is one of the most prestigious vineyards in Bouzeron, with its calcareous clay soils. We are talking about a vineyard that has hardly any 1.7 hectares, planted more than 45 years ago.

Chanzy is looking for a wine with a low yield in the vineyard, meticulously made by pressing soft and fermentating at a controlled temperature to retain the freshness of the Aligoté variety. Aging in foudres and steel also helps.
