Puro Rofe Mestura 2023

Puro Rofe Mestura is a wine that encapsulates the volcanic essence of Lanzarote, where heroic viticulture faces a unique landscape of ash and pumice soils. Made from a blend of native varieties, such as Listán Negro, Malvasía and other traditional strains, this wine reflects the identity of the Canarian terroir with a minimalist approach in the cellar.

On the nose, it displays fresh aromas of red fruits, such as strawberries and cherries, together with herbaceous notes, smoky nuances and a subtle saline character that evokes the proximity of the Atlantic. On the palate, it is light but with great depth, fresh and mineral, with soft tannins, vibrant acidity and a long finish that leaves a trace of its volcanic origin.
