Description

Carlos Esteva is a nonconformist and a restless person, we must be assumed. If Xarelo is planted in the family estate, it will have to be used but the aging is given a twist, and instead of the ubiquitous French oak, the wine is made to ferment in chestnut, which together with the age of the vines and the subsequent refining in a two-year bottle makes it a wine with great personality. Those looking for a white wine should look elsewhere because Pairal has a nose of aromatic plants, yellow fruit, a touch of almond and in the mouth it is wide and long with a spicy finish. Dare to pair it with a plate of poultry or white meat.
