Description

Gran Caus is a wine made with Xarel lo, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay and, contrary to what we might think for a great white, it is not aged in wood, but is aged for two years in the bottle. It is a full-bodied, voluminous wine, but with the finesse of bottle aging.

Carlos Esteva was a pioneer in planting varieties such as Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay in Garraf, which in Gran Caus Blanco join the Xarelo that had existed since the sixties on what was the grandfather's estate.
