Description

José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc is a single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc wine that, being a foreign variety planted more than 40 years ago in Rueda, developed a great capacity for growth and adaptation in this area. The soil is made of pebbles, limestone in the highest fringes. After a selection of grapes and cold maceration, the wine ferments and ages on its own lees for 4 months, in stainless steel tanks.

Located in La Seca, Valladolid, Bodegas José Pariente has been making wines in Rueda since the 1960s under the premises, for all its wines, of elegance, freshness and complexity. Family winery, which is currently led by the third generation, with the same enthusiasm as the beginning, now being a benchmark in the area, and in our country.
