Siah 2022

Bodegas Siah

Isabel Salgado, Fillaboa's winemaker, decides to try an experience in Ribeiro and make something of her own. She finds granite soils (or Sabregos) in the Avia valley in the Lerio area to make this Siah, her first solo wine. Treixadura, Godello and Albariño is the trilogy that Isabel mixes to get the wine, fermented in French foudre and aged in lees for 9 months, she makes this Siah, a smooth wine, with acidity without hurting and long.
