Les Genets comes from estates with a fundamentally sandy component in Savennieres, which give rise to a floral wine with white fruit such as pear, but also quince and citrus. The fine minerality of Chenin on sandy soil is evident on the palate and invites us to continue drinking. A great little wine for aging that we recommend decanting and enjoying throughout the next decade.
