This wine is composed of 85% Xinomavro and 15% Malagouzia, harvested in September and October respectively. Originally bound to be a Rosé de Xinomavro, the winemaking process involved a long fermentation period that lasted 6 years, with the wine resting on its fine lees. In 2015, 15% of the wine was extracted from the tanks and young Malagouzia must was added, which induced a second fermentation over another 3 years. After this process, the wine remained on its lees for an additional 2 years before being bottled in 2020, with its final release set for 2024.
Blanc de Rosé shows soft oxidation with balanced acidity and is ready to age for at least 10 more years. With 85% of the wine aged in stainless steel tanks and the remaining 15% in barrels, it offers a unique experience in every glass.
