Description

Pazo Baión takes a step forward, with this Vides de Fontán, in estate wines. In this case, the upper part of the Finca de Baión is chosen, and in turn, the smaller and golden clusters of this part of the vineyard are selected. A part of the wine passes a fermentation in oak tubs of 2500 liters and another part (700 liters) in stainless steel. Their upbringing goes through continuing for 1 year in those vats what they have fermented in them, and what they have fermented in stainless steel, goes on aging for 1 year in concrete eggs. After the year of aging, the two wines are mixed in a stainless steel tank, and they spend 1 year in that tank. A wine that will not leave anyone indifferent.
