The winery located in the municipality of Meyreuil and only four kilometers from Aix en Provence. The vineyard covers approximately fifty strictly delimited hectares on soils composed of Langesse limestone. The vines essentially grow on the slopes facing the famous Mont Sainte Victoire and enjoy a unique microclimate. The grapes are harvested by hand and the vinification is necessarily carried out within the defined area. Rebuilt by the Rougier family after the phylloxera crisis, it has an exceptional average age and some plots are over 125 years old. Chateau Simone's white wines are superbly elegant. In their youth they offer a wonderful golden color with flavors that combine floral and fruity notes with a fine woody touch. They have exceptional maintenance potential. Adorning a golden hue as they mature, they progressively acquire a nose that is both powerful and delicate.
