There are more than 300 different varieties of Malvasía, and the one from Sitges, native to the Penedès, is a variety that, despite the difficulties that its cultivation presents, has been progressively reborn for two decades. Clones were planted on the d'espiells property on clay-calcareous loam soils at a height of 250m above sea level with minimal yields. Its aromas, excellent acidity and aging capacity have resulted in wines with great potential. Fermentation in barrels and battonage for 6 months. Only 3000 bottles. Juve & Camps is the great reference house within the cava appeal. Synonymous with tradition and quality. Its Family Reserve continues year after year to lead the most commercial quality market. Its DNA is the ecological reconversion of its vineyards and low-yield viticultural practices. Manual harvesting of grapes during harvest and very artisanal work in the winery. On the Espiells property they have a large production cellar, surrounded by vineyards, using the latest technologies and complementing the historic cellars of Sant Sadurni d'Anoia where the bottles patiently rest in six floors of underground galleries, governed by traditional guidelines and artisans.
