Ramilo Colares Malvasía is a white wine made by Nuno Ramilo in the Colares region, Lisbon, Portugal. It is produced organically, using the native variety Malvasía de Colares, from organically cultivated vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand in the fresh mornings, a part of which is pressed and the other is pressed in the stone winepresses so traditional in Portugal, where it remains in contact with the skins. Fermentation occurs without adding native yeasts. The wine is then refined for 18 months in.
