Description
Nativas Branco is a white wine made by Nuno Ramilo in the Lisbon region, Portugal. It is produced organically, using a blend of Vital, Arinto and Malvasia, from organically cultivated vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand in the cool mornings and left in contact with the skins for three days in the winepress. Fermentation, which begins spontaneously, is completed in stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains until bottling. This wine presents itself with fresh and mineral aromas, very original due to its minerality. In the mouth, it surprises with its structure and unusual salinity, characteristics that define it as a classic white. Perfect to accompany all types of fish and seafood dishes, especially those intense sea fish roasted in the oven. It is recommended to enjoy it now and for years to come to appreciate its distinctive freshness and salinity.
