A practically disappeared grape that the Azores Wine Company recovers on the Island of Sao Miguel, and whose harvest is then transported by boat and plane to the Island of Pico, where it is vinified. There are only 1,600 bottles, almost testimonial. More than a wine, it is a wine heritage. The first must is fermented in stainless steel and the second pressing ferments in used barrels. A fresh wine but with a certain volume, which is balanced with acidity and minerality.
