Its name, Balado, suggests that the farm is surrounded by a wall (which in Galician they call balo). The vineyard is really small and is planted ungrafted. The wines have a beautiful minerality, the acidity that is the brand of the house and ages really well.

The wines have a beautiful minerality, the acidity that is the brand of the house and ages really well.
