Winemaking is minimal intervention, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and barely sulfur. The process is simple, in fact, with fermentation and aging in used French oak barrels to capture the energy of the Rabigato variety, which is combined with other grapes typical of the region such as Códega, Syria, Gouveio, Verdelho, Viosinho and Dozelinho.
