Toni Sarrión has been working for years and betting on his Mustiguillos, Garnachas, and his white from Merseguera. On this occasion, he goes a little further inside his Finca Calvestra, making organically with his Margas Finca Calvestra.
Toni himself has confessed to us that it is a very special wine for him, due to its personality, which has led him to "pamper" to the maximum his work of several years, which now sees the light: artisan work, minimal intervention, unique years , 100% Merseguera, fermentation in 500-liter, Hungarian, multi-use barrels, reductive aging for two years with its lees.
