The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts after being harvested by hand. After malolactic, half of the wine is aged for ten months in French oak barrels, the other half in stainless steel, and the final blend spent four months in steel, after which it was bottled.
It is a terroir wine, committed to showing the beauties of the Dão at the foot of the Serra da Estrela. Deep, with a lot of character, pure fruit, floral notes, moist granite. Fresh, tense, elegant and full-bodied, with a salty mouth that asks for another drink. Tasty, long and intense finish with wet granite.
