Cims de Porrera Vi de Vila Blanco is a wine made from a blend of classic Priorat varieties: Macabeo, Garnacha Blanca, Picapoll Blanc and Pedro Ximénez. Adrià and Marc, the cousins ??known for their magnificent Les Cousins ??L'Inconscient, are today responsible for the Cims de Porrera winery and for the entire production process. The harvest is manual, its fermentation takes place half and half, in cement vats and new barrels, for an aging of about 8 months in used French oak barrels. It is rounded in the bottle for 3 years for full enjoyment. White with strength and body, herbal, very tasty.
