It is what the small winegrower can aspire to, who has to increase his patrimony with small purchases here and there, between what is for sale and what the budget allows. In these groups, Roberto Oliván takes advantage of those that are already planted and in others he is planting. The result is a blend of Jaén Blanco with small amounts of Viura and Malvasía. As is usual in Roberto, a non-interventionist viticulture is practiced, with minimal soil work.
Manual harvest in small boxes, and then the wine ferments spontaneously in open vats with skins and aging in barrels of second chestnut wine for 5 months without any racking. The production is as small as the plots. It does not reach a thousand bottles.
