Gran Enemigo Torrontés is a white wine made by Alejandro Vigil and Adrianna Catena, with the Torrontés variety, at the Aleanna winery that they both manage with precision in the Gualtallary area (Argentina). The usual thing in Argentina is that one of its emblematic varieties , the torrontés, comes from the north, from the heights of the province of Salta, where this grape reaches some of its highest points.However, the range of possibilities that the torrontés shows has expanded, and proof of this is this example , which comes from one of the highest areas planted with vineyards in Gualtallary, at 1600 meters above sea level, a point where the cold of the height and the consequent Andean influence is strongly felt, so tropical fruits or flowers in succulent bodies cannot be expected.
