Rafa and Silvia make a wine by hand in a natural way, without chemicals, neither in the vineyard nor in the winery. 60% of Tardana and 40% of Macabeo. La Tardana is a native grape from the mountains of the interior of Valencia. It comes from a vineyard that is over 60 years old that produces between one and two kilos per slow-maturing vine. The wine ferments very slowly and indigenous yeasts are added to it, to be aged on its lees for 6 months. The result is a landscape wine, pure expression, saline and mineral. This is the wine that every winemaker makes for himself and his family, all natural. Each vintage is different from the previous one and expresses what has happened that year in nature. A wine for people who like the authentic and special.
