White wine belonging to the DO Ycoden-Daute-Isora made with the Listán Blanco variety from vineyards between 60 and 120 years old grown at 1000 meters of altitude on volcanic soils. The harvest is manual, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts and subsequent aging in Italian oak foudres and French oak barrels. Envinate is formed by four youngsters who met while studying enology in Alicante. Despite coming from different areas of Spain: Galicia, Murcia, La Mancha and the Canary Islands, they all share the same way of understanding the wine, trying to make fresh wines with an Atlantic profile respecting the soils and the grapes of every area. Alfonso Torrente, José Ángel Martínez, Laura Ramos and Roberto Santana, combine their winemaking advice with the production of wines in the same facilities of the wineries that request their services.
