Description
Le Champ Bourcier is a white wine made by Damien and Florence Laureau from the Chenin Blanc variety from the homonymous vineyard in Savennières, Loire, France.

This is the latest wine launched by Damien Laureau, born out of necessity and emotion. In 2019, the year this wine was born, the weather reduced the production of Le Bel Ouvrage (which is a wine, not a parcel) by 75%. So Damien decided to bottle, 20 years after starting his project, separately the wine from the Le Champ Bourcier vineyard, which was the vineyard that had belonged to his father. It is a special vineyard, with the traditional ryolite soil for which Savennières is famous. A wine of exceptional tension, with substance and emotion. A great white wine that will not lose face to any white wine in the world. Very limited.
