Description
Vino blanco elaborado con Garnacha Blanca y Macabeo. La cosecha es manual, se colocan las uvas enteras en depósitos de cemento y se pisan suavemente, luego se deja actuar a las levaduras interfiriendo lo menos posible. La crianza se realiza en depósitos de cemento durante 6 meses, el resultado es una nueva interpretación del terroir del Priorato sin perder sus raíces. Dominik Huber comienza su andadura en el mundo del vino en el año 1996 junto a la familia Pérez, propietarios de Mas Martinet. Pero no es hasta 2007 cuando decide instalarse en Torroja y comenzar su proyecto Terroir al Limit junto al viticultor Jaume Sabaté. Su obejtivo es que cada botella revele lugares únicos del Priorato de forma auténtica. Sus vinos están enfocados a la gastronomía, para disfrutarlos con familia y amigos.
