This is Rafa Palacios' new parcel wine, made with the Godello variety from his most traditional vineyard, planted in a free standing and glass formation, almost 100 years old and to which its name refers. This vineyard, located in the heart of the Bibei Valley, is also unique because it is covered with dry straw to prevent the erosion of its shallow sandy soil. Biodynamic viticulture is carried out (not certified), after 10 years of recovery. Fermentation takes place in the traditional way, for a month with skins and in open oak vats. Aged for 12 months in used barrels. Traditional and elegant wine.
