The Bota de Vinagre de Jerez Reserva 112 "Botas Punta" is made with Palomino Fino grapes by Equipo Navazos and is more than 30 years old. His degree of acetic acid is above 10, this is only surpassed by his older brother "La Bota 106". It shows a bestial and exceptional concentration, a vinegar suitable for gourmets in whom it will create an irremediable addiction.
