Manzanilla + old quinas and reserve vermouths = New Atamán Vermouth. 1 liter format.

Barbadillo produced vermouth until the 1970s, and Atamán, born in 1943. When production stopped, the quina and vermouth of those years remained in the cellar as historic wines. But if it is true that they have had to reformulate the vermouth, because there was no written recipe for it.
Now, together with an external group of professionals in the development of vermouths, together with those quina and wines saved for the elaboration of vermouth and the mixture of manzanilla de Barbadillo, flavored with guassia, bitter orange, wormwood, elderberries and rosemary, they make this vermouth a serious character, marked by that old quinine.
