Description
9 di Dante Inferno Rosso is a high-end artisanal red vermouth from 9 di Dante in Piedmont, Italy. Its base combines Dolcetto DOC and Cortese DOC grapes for structure and freshness, enhanced by an infusion of 27 carefully selected botanicals, nine of which symbolize Dante Alighieri’s “nine circles of Hell.”

Ruby-red with garnet highlights, it reveals a complex nose of ripe red fruits, orange peel, warm spices like cardamom and cumin, and herbal-balsamic undertones. On the palate, it balances wine sweetness, crisp acidity, and refined bitterness, with notes of vanilla, cocoa, and a slightly tannic texture for character. The finish is long, spiced, and subtly dry, inviting another sip.

Ideal as a sophisticated aperitif, in signature cocktails such as Negroni or Boulevardier, or paired with aged cheeses, intense cured meats, dark chocolate, or spiced dishes. Serve at 8–10?°C neat or chilled for cocktails.
