Vermut Alma de Trabanco
Lagar Trabanco
Alma de Trabanco Vermouth is the first white vermouth made on the branch with natural cider. This vermouth is inspired by the days when Emilio Trabanco, clandestinely, enriched his vermouth with a touch of cider to enhance its flavor. Honoring that tradition, its production fuses white wines and cider, enriched with a wide selection of botanicals (including wormwood, dittany, artemisia, gentian, boldo, cinnamon, star anise, coriander and vanilla) and fruity notes such as cherry, orange peel and lemon. To intensify its aromatic and gustatory complexity, the vermouth rests for 30 days, allowing its components to harmonize perfectly.
