Description

Made in the gentle hills of the south and east of Montilla, a town in Córdoba famous for its connection with wine, Pérez Barquero vermouth reflects the Andalusian personality in every sip. Using Pedro Ximénez grapes from the region, rich in sugars, and benefiting from a warm, dry climate with more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, the winery has dedicated itself for years to achieving long and balanced maturation.
This red vermouth, with a medium-high alcohol content, is recommended to accompany appetizers, standing out especially alongside pickles and salted dishes. It can be enjoyed alone or with ice, but it should always be served cold, at a temperature between 10-12ºC.
