Elvio Cogno Moscato d'Asti is a sweet sparkling wine made by Valter Fissore and Nadia Cogno in their winery located on top of the Ravera hill in Piedmont, Italy, from the Moscato Bianco variety. It is a sweet sparkling wine, made naturally from Moscato Bianco grown on purely calcareous soils. The wine has a very fine, creamy pearlescent, the balance between the sweet fruit in the form of apricots and the fine acidity makes it irresistible.
