The 2nd fermentation in the bottle is with the first cork stopper, in a horizontal position in the rhyme and with an aging of more than 150 months in the traditional bottle with its lees. New gold colour. Very fine and discreet carbon. Aromatic depth and elegance with notes of aging in the bottle (vanilla and fine mustard) and long aging (candied fruit, honey, pastry and liqueur notes).
