Description

Old vines over 50 years old from the farm called “Clos Damiana”. Planting in glass. Manual harvest. The 1st fermentation and aging of the base wine is in barrels on its lees for 12 months. The 2nd fermentation in the bottle is with the first cork stopper, in a horizontal position in the rhyme and with an aging of more than 150 months in the traditional bottle with its lees. New gold colour. Very fine and discreet carbon. Aromatic depth and elegance with notes of aging in the bottle (vanilla and fine mustard) and long aging (candied fruit, honey, pastry and liqueur notes). On the palate it is very dry, lively and complex. Its balance, liveliness and complexity make it very suitable to be a gastronomic cava. 4500 Bottles. 92 RP
