Noces de Craie que, en español, traduciríamos como sueños de tiza. Obviamente, el nombre hace referencia a los suelos calcáreos de la Champagne en general, y del Grand Cru Ay en particular. En estas cinco parcelas se encuentra plantada la Pinot Noir, con cepas muy viejas que se plantaron originalmente por selección masal. Dosage Extra Brut.
Como en tantos otros casos en Champagne, Marc Hebrart surge como pequeño productor cuando Marc Hebrart decide en la década de 1960, empezar a embotellar la producción de sus viñas en el Vallée de la Marne. Hoy es Jean-Paul, su hijo, el responsable del patrimonio familiar y de la elaboración de las poco más de 100.000 botellas que salen al mercado anualmente de la cava subterránea de crianza y maduración. Champagne Marc Hebrart es, por tanto, un petit producteur champenoise típico tanto en origen como en tamaño, dedicado a la producción de vinos que son a la vez enérgicos y refinados. La empresa familiar parte de los viñedos situados en Mareuil-Sur-Ay un pueblo Premier Cru (con la más alta clasificación de todos los Premier Cru: 99%) situado tan cerca de Ay que no se sabe dónde acaba un pueblo y comienza el siguiente.
