Description

From old biodynamically cultivated Chardonnay vines, a base wine is made that ferments in demi-muids and to which, after fermentation, is added the freshly pressed must from the next harvest. With this must go the sugars and also the own yeasts that come with the skins of the grapes. Once in the bottle, the magic is done slowly for 30 months and we have an ancestral sparkling in biodynamics, of great refinement and unbeatable terroir.
