Description

COLET-NAVAZOS Extra Brut has had a long aging in rhyme, of 29 months. Made according to the traditional method (champenoise) of the second fermentation in the bottle, from base wines specially selected from Colet's own estates. The southern presence is involved in the second fermentation and, above all, in the expedition liquor after the disgorgement. It is absolutely dry, with practically zero residual sugar. The base wine is dominated by the Xarel.lo and the southern contribution gives it a characteristic oxidative aging air.
