Description
Jean-Paul Hébrart presents his new wine "Mes Favorites", a Premier Cru Champagne made mostly with Pinot Noir and a quarter of Chardonnay from estates with which the vigneron has a special sentimental bond, as they are the oldest vines in the family , and for having been planted with masal selection. These are the Faubourg d'Enfer, PRuche, Cotes, Haut de VArille, Croix Blanches, Maladrie, Beauregard, Ramonnet, Buisson Saint Loup and Sente de Demoiselles estates. The clear wines ferment in stainless steel, the tirage is made by mixing three vintages, with a second fermentation in the bottle that lasts for 3 years. A Champagne with race, vinosity and all the elegance of the Hébrart Champagnes. Dosage 6.5 gr/liter
