Selección de las cepas más viejas de más de 60 años (viñedo propio 1955-1968) y solo las mejores cosechas. Plantación en vaso. Vendimia manual. La 1ª fermentación y la crianza del vino base es en barrica sobre sus lías durante 12 meses. La 2ª fermentación en botella es con el primer tapón de corcho, en posición horizontal en la rima y con una crianza de 140 meses (+11 años) en botella tradicional con sus lías. Color amarillo pajizo y dorado. Carbónico fino y con buena evolución en la copa. Cava muy elegante y con una gran riqueza aromática, donde podemos encontrar manzana Golden y membrillo en perfecta armonía junto a intensas y complejas notas de pan tostado y frutos secos desecados gracias a su larga crianza y paso por madera. El paso por boca es potente, maduro, equilibrado y muy estructurado, con una integración muy buena del gas carbónico. Voluminoso, envolvente y aterciopelado al paladar, concluye en un final largo y muy persistente. 2950 Botellas. 93-94 RP
