Hebrart 1er Cru Brut Rose

Rosé Champagnes are in fashion for their freshness and versatility. The one by Marc Hebrart has a delicate pale color and is all delicacy, with the floral aromas of Pinot Noir dominating a blend made up of 45% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir, to which 10% of red wine from Mareuil before the second fermentation. As in so many other cases in Champagne, Marc Hebrart emerged as a small producer when Marc Hebrart decided in the 1960s to start bottling the production of his vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne. Today it is Jean-Paul, his son, who is responsible for the family patrimony and for the production of the little more than 100,000 bottles that go on the market annually from the underground aging and maturation cellar. Champagne Marc Hebrart is thus a typical petit producer champenoise both in origin and size, dedicated to producing wines that are both energetic and refined.
