Description

COLET-NAVAZOS RESERVA Extra Brut está elaborado según el método tradicional (champenoise) de la segunda fermentación en botella, a partir de vinos bases seleccionados de las propias fincas de Colet. La presencia sureña interviene en la segunda fermentación y, sobre todo, en el licor de expedición tras el degüelle. Ha tenido una muy prolongada crianza en rima, de 41 meses. Es absolutamente seco, con prácticamente cero de azúcar residual. El vino base está dominado por el Chardonnay y el aporte sureño le confiere un sutil pero personalísimo aire de levaduras de flor.
