Un rosado que originalmente los Lallement hacían sólo para consumo propio, para luego empezar a comercializarlo. Elaborado con Pinot Noir de Verzenay. El estilo Lallement es claramente Pinot Noir ya desde sus orígenes, pues históricamente, los Grand Cru de Verzenay están considerados como los viñedos que mejores vinos base de Pinot Noir dan de todo Champagne. Los vinos, siempre Brut, suelen tener entre 3 y 8 gr./l. de azúcar residual, algo que les hace ser bastante más secos que la media (lo normal son 10-12 gr./l.). Los vinos de Jean Lallement se caracterizan por su raza y su potencia. Envejecen de forma maravillosa pero ¿quién tiene paciencia?
