¿Han leído lo escrito sobre el Brut a secas? Pues multiplíquenlo por dos y se pueden hacer una idea de lo que es el Brut Reserve. Es tan intenso que termina por resultar delicado. ¿Paradójico, verdad?. El estilo Lallement es claramente Pinot Noir ya desde sus orígenes, pues históricamente, los Grand Cru de Verzenay están considerados como los viñedos que mejores vinos base de Pinot Noir dan de todo Champagne. Los vinos, siempre Brut, suelen tener entre 3 y 8 gr./l. de azúcar residual, algo que les hace ser bastante más secos que la media (lo normal son 10-12 gr./l.). Los vinos de Jean Lallement se caracterizan por su raza y su potencia. Envejecen de forma maravillosa pero ¿quién tiene paciencia?
