COLET-NAVAZOS Extra Brut ha tenido una prolongada crianza en rima, de 29 meses. Elaborado según el método tradicional (champenoise) de la segunda fermentación en botella, a partir de vinos bases especialmente seleccionados de las propias fincas de Colet. La presencia sureña interviene en la segunda fermentación y, sobre todo, en el licor de expedición tras el degüelle.Es absolutamente seco, con prácticamente cero de azúcar residual. El vino base está dominado por el Xarel.lo y el aporte sureño le confiere un característico aire de crianza oxidativa.
