Description

100% Chardonnay de Cuis 1st Cru. This is the classic non-vintage blend of the house that with constant taste represents the Gimonnet style: liveliness, lightness, finesse and purity of the great Chardonnays from the Cote-des-Blancs. It is the archetype of our style, nervous, aerial wines, with little expedition liquor (8 gr./l when the normal in Champagne for B.S.A. is 10-12 gr./l.) and technically perfect. Very short aging on the lees (20 months) to maintain its characteristic freshness.
