Colet Vins is a small property in Penedés that produces around 100,000 bottles a year, which is not much for a winery that mainly makes sparkling wines. Outside the DO Cava due to Sergi Colet's concern about using unauthorized varieties and enjoying creative freedom. Apriori is the most jovial, fresh and simple sparkling wine. An ideal aperitif wine.
